Location: The Bed & Breakfast is at 5 minutes walk from underground station EUR Palasport, very close to the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, the so called Square Coliseum, and at 18 minutes by underground from Termini Central Station. The B&B is located in one of the most renowned area in Rome, full of elegant stores, nice restaurants and cafes. The beautiful gardens in EUR offer the opportunity for relaxing walks.

Guarded parking available in garage in the vicinity.

Approved by the Tourist Board of Rome, the B&B is at the 3^rd floor (there is a lift) of an elegant small palazzo.

The accomodation comprises an elegant, spacious bedroom furnished with double and single beds for one, two or three people. It has a small terrace overlooking the garden and a nice quiet street; a TV set is available in the bedroom.
 

Host ensures high quality accomodation, serving breakfast in the elegant family dining room. During the good weather the breakfast is served in the veranda.

The B&B has a single room avaible to rent only with the other room

Children can enjoy their stay too. At few minutes walk in the park there’s the biggest funfair in Rome: Luneur and not far from it a driving school for children and other sport facilities. A beautiful open-air swimming-pool is a two minutes-walk from the B&B.
